Hong Kong shares finished slightly lower Friday as traders fret over the prospect of more US interest rate hikes and following more data showing a weakening Chinese economy.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.09 percent, or 17.93 points, to 18,916.43.
The Shanghai Composite Index added 0.62 percent, or 19.68 points, to 3,202.06, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange rose 1.08 percent, or 21.91 points, to 2,049.24.
