A gauge of the greenback rose for a third day as US Treasury yields extended gains; the euro and Swiss franc outperforming G-10 peers on Thursday while Australian and New Zealand dollars lagged.

AUD/USD falls 0.4% to 0.6312, down for a second day; NZD/USD extends decline for a third day to 0.5826, a fresh 2023 low.
The offshore Chinese yuan weakened to 7.34/USD, the lowest since Sept. 11 and weighed on Antipodeans.
EUR/USD gains 0.2% at 1.0557; GBP/USD slips a third day to 1.2120.
USD/JPY falls less than 0.1% to 149.85, down the first time in three days; session high at 149.93.
